Week 1:

Reconnect with your body


Reconnecting with your body to achieve ultimate weight loss from the first week.


After years of dieting, this week focuses on resetting

- your body's hunger signals so that you start

  • to feel full,
  • adopt healthy eating habits and
  • consequently avoid overeating


Hypnotic virtual gastric band will reset your eating habits to encourage both weight loss and food satisfaction.

Week 2:

Emotional and binge eating


Learn how to master your emotions so that they do not become the master of you (and your weight).


If you have struggled with emotional eating and binge eating this week will drastically influence your weight loss goals.


We will

  • individually explore the reasons behind your binge eating,
  • getting to know the habits you can adopt to eradicate them and
  • learn the science behind your late night or emotional cravings so that you stop feeling ashamed about your behaviour- which does not help your progress!

Week 3:

Losing weight is now FUN!!


This week adopts a new fun approach to losing weight to help you create a positive relationship with food where you are no longer obsessing over what you can or can’t eat but are enjoying food on a daily basis.


Move on from the old diet stories,

  • ‘diets don’t work for me’
  • ‘I have no will power’
  • ...


You will come to realise that your will power is not to blame for any past diets not working.

Week 4:

Losing weight is EASY!


Learn the quick hacks and habits to make weight loss feel easier than ever before.

We explore

  • how your routines may have been responsible for weight gain and
  • how you can change them to make weight loss and life easier.


We explore the things that are making you fat that you were unaware of.

Week 5:

Losing weight but gain more ENERGY!


This week we start to become aware of the impact of water and movement on our bodies.

If the gym makes you feel nauseous this week will teach you

  • how to move your body in your own way, with optimal effect, to save your precious time.


The impact of

  • water,
  • movement and
  • stress

will be explored and the effect this has on your weight. 

Week 6:

Destroy the beliefs that are making you fat.


Week six will dismantle any beliefs that you have that are stopping you from losing weight, whilst reminding you that the way we see ourselves underpins what is possible for us.

How are your beliefs about yourself and your capability holding you back from achieving weight loss?

  • ‘I have a slow metabolism',
  • 'I have big bones',
  • 'I have no time’.


Our beliefs shape our reality.

We will create powerful new beliefs, so you lose weight easily, create a healthy lifestyle and you love your body!

Week 7:

Falling in love with your body!


This week you will learn to fall in love with all of you so that you accept yourself and own who you are.


Raising your confidence and self worth.


It’s time to

  • reduce comparisons, judgements and negative self talk


Learn how to use your past pain as your power to a more prosperous you in the future.

Week 8:

The importance of Stress and Sleep


Week 8 will be all about


Hypnosis and quick routines will help you

  • reduce stress and
  • create a deeper sleep

to help you with your weight loss drastically.

Week 9:

The Brain Gut Connection.


How your gut not only affects your weight but your overall happiness in life.



This week explores how

  • the foods and the conditions of our organs affect
    • our thoughts and emotions and
    • the way we feel about the world and ourselves.
  • Depression and anxiety disorders and the link to the body and eating habits.


Week 10:

Owning your new life.


This week focuses on living your values towards your health and well being. It’s about raising your standards and owning your decisions.


A lifestyle change has adopted a healthier, slimmer and more confident you.


 You will learn how to socialise how you want to.

  • Drinking when you want and not feeling like you have to.
  • Eating what you want and not what you feel you have to. 


Week 11:

A Happier You!


In week 11 we explore adaptive and maladaptive coping mechanisms.

Through

  • hypnosis,
  • NLP and
  • Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping,

we help you find healthy emotional release without the use of alcohol, sugar, cigarettes, shopping, distractions.

Week 12:

Create an environment that serves you.


We will explore in this week what things need to change in order for your environment to enhance your weight loss goals and happiness?

How can you shape your environment to live healthier and happier?

  • The things we listen to,
  • what we watch and
  • what we speak about

shape our beliefs, emotions and our habits.

  • Even the people we surround ourselves with affect our lifestyle and daily decisions.
